Because many of our items are one-of-a-kind or vintage pieces, we carefully inspect and package each item before shipment.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been shipped, it is in the care of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. We will assist when possible.

International Orders

We do not ship international due to trariffs.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and item so we can assist you.
